Who is responsible?

Rowbi Ltd is the data controller for this early-access list. DealClad is the name of our property software, which is still in development. You can contact the project team using the request form below.

What we collect and why

We collect your email address and, if you choose to provide them, your first name, investor/sourcer role and preferred investment area. We record the time and wording of your permission, registration and confirmation status, and campaign/referring-site labels to understand interest in the product. We do not collect payment details on this page.

We use your registration to send the product launch updates and early-access invitations you request. Our basis for those emails is consent. Joining does not create a paid account, investment commitment or guaranteed beta place.

Security and service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting, database storage and security services. If email confirmation is enabled, an email delivery provider such as Resend processes the details needed to deliver it. Providers may process information internationally; appropriate contractual safeguards are required where applicable. We do not sell this list or add you to unrelated marketing lists.

For security and abuse prevention, we temporarily process connection information and store short-lived, hashed request counters. These checks support our legitimate interest in protecting the service. We do not use advertising cookies on this page. The administrator area uses an essential session cookie after sign-in.

How long we keep information

We keep registrations only while needed for these launch communications, for no longer than 12 months from registration unless you separately choose to continue. You can withdraw sooner. Security counters expire within an hour; administrator sessions expire after 12 hours. Privacy requests are kept for up to 12 months to handle and document the request. Minimal non-identifying event counts may remain after a registration is removed.

Your choices and rights

Use the personal link shown after registration, or supplied in an email, to withdraw. If you no longer have it, use the form below. You can also request access, correction or deletion, or raise a concern. We may verify your identity before acting on a request. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

If the product later moves to a separate company, we will assess the data-protection requirements, tell affected registrants and obtain fresh consent where required. This registration is for this property project, not general marketing by a future holding company.
